What this notice covers
This notice applies to theliminal.ai and any Liminal marketing subdomain. It describes what information we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you submit the Growth Sprint form we collect your name, role, company, work email, and the brief you write. We store the timestamp at which you consented to this notice alongside your submission.
This site does not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. A single cookie-consent record is kept in your browser's local storage to remember your choice on the cookie banner. No first-party analytics run without your explicit acceptance.
Lawful basis
We process your submission on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.
How we use it
Your submission is used only to reply to your enquiry and to schedule a Sprint if you choose to proceed. A notification email is sent to Liminal so we can respond within one business day.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored in Liminal's managed database, hosted in the EU. Access is restricted to Liminal personnel who need it to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers required to operate this site and its email delivery.
Retention
Submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a record of the engagement. If you have not become a client we will delete the submission on request. If you become a client, the record is retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by our accounting and tax obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or provide a copy. To exercise any of these rights, email clarity@theliminal.ai. If you are in the UK or EU and you believe we have not handled your information properly, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
