How it works

One method. Two doors at the threshold.

A single integrated approach, applied the same way every engagement. The output is a decision, and, when you want it, the capability to act on it.

The model

Four stages to the verdict. Then a fork.

01
Assess

Inventory every live and proposed initiative, capital at stake, owner, expected return, decision deadline.

02
Prioritise

A single decision frame across the portfolio. Surface the few that warrant validation before capital is committed.

03
Prototype

Build the minimum evidence to make the call, data, model, or working prototype. Sized to the decision, not the vendor.

04
Blueprint

Codify the validated path: scope, sequence, resourcing, milestones, risks, success criteria. Ready for either door.

The fork
Door one
Hand off.

Take the validated blueprint to your execution partner of choice, internal team, integrator, or a world-class execution partner. We never name one for you and we do not pretend to run your business.

Door two
Build with Engage.

A purpose-built agent fleet, built on your environment, run first with your people, then transferred to them to own. No licence, no lock-in.

Or both
Sequence them.

Hand off the parts that suit a partner. Build with Engage the parts you want to own. The blueprint is designed to be divisible from the start.

Swarm and fleet

Consume an answer. Or own a machine.

Vantage, the swarm
Specialists drawn per request.

Advisory. The right specialists convene from a shared pool for the specific question in play. You consume the output, a verdict, backed by evidence, and the swarm dissolves.

Engage, the fleet
A purpose-built machine, transferred to you.

Delivery. A bounded fleet is built for your task, on your environment. First sprints run supervised, your people trained, then the fleet transfers to you to own and operate.

The commercial model

Principles first. Pricing agreed against them.

The commercial model is designed so the incentive to say kill is stronger than the incentive to keep the engagement going. Pricing is discussed on request, scoped to what is actually being decided.

Fixed price at entry

The first engagement is a fixed-price Sprint, no billing clock, no scope creep, and no incentive to prolong the work.

Kill clause

If nothing on the table is worth pursuing, the Sprint fee is the total cost. That is the whole point of an aligned incentive.

Complexity classified up front

The cost of proving an initiative is known before you commit to proving it. No open-ended discovery, no drift.

Milestone-gated blueprint

You don't pay forward until the deliverable lands. Each milestone is defined and priced ahead of the work it triggers.

Build-and-transfer with Engage

The fleet built for your task is transferred to you. No licence, no lock-in. The fleet-building platform stays with us.

A retainer that earns its place

Any ongoing retainer earns its cost every quarter through optimisation and access to the wider fleet, or it lapses.

Outcome-linked when it fits

An optional partnership ties upside to outcomes above your baseline. Offered only where the measurement is clean.

Begin

Start with a Growth Sprint.

Five days. Fixed price at entry. A verdict on every initiative.
